Booking & payment

How do I book a tour?
Just message us on WhatsApp or send the enquiry form with your dates and group size. We'll confirm availability, agree the plan, and hold your spot — usually within 20 minutes.
Do I need to pay a deposit?
For day tours, no — you pay your guide in cash or by transfer at the end of the day, once you're happy. Multi-day packages with hotels are settled closer to arrival; we'll always confirm the terms up front.
What payment methods do you accept?
Cash (IDR, USD or AUD), local bank transfer, and card or PayPal for packages. We'll send clear instructions when you book — no hidden fees.
What's your cancellation policy?
Day tours can be cancelled free up to 24 hours before. For packages, terms depend on the hotels booked — most are flexible, and we'll spell it out before you commit to anything.

Tours & itineraries

Are all your tours really private?
Yes — every tour is private to your group only. No strangers, no big buses. It's just you, your guide and your driver, on a plan built around you.
Can we customise the itinerary?
Always. Our tours are starting points — add a stop, skip one, start later, linger longer. Tell us what you're into and we'll shape the day around it, even mid-tour.
What happens if it rains?
Bali showers usually pass quickly. Your guide will reorder the day to keep you dry — swapping outdoor stops for temples, markets or a long lunch until it clears.
What should I wear and bring?
Light clothes, comfy shoes, sunscreen and a hat. For temples, bring something covering shoulders and knees (sarongs are usually provided). We carry cold water for you.

Getting around

Do you pick us up from our hotel?
Yes — free hotel pickup and drop-off is included on every tour, anywhere in south and central Bali. For far-flung stays we'll confirm a small transfer fee up front.
What kind of vehicle will we be in?
A clean, air-conditioned car or van sized to your group — usually a comfortable SUV or a Toyota Hiace for larger parties. Bottled water and phone chargers on board.
Can you arrange airport transfers?
Absolutely, at any hour. Send your flight details and we'll be waiting in arrivals with a name sign, tracking your flight in case of delays. See our private driver page.

Families & access

Do you provide child seats?
Yes — baby and booster seats at no extra cost. Tell us your children's ages when you book and we'll have the right ones fitted. See our family tours page.
Are tours suitable for older travellers or limited mobility?
Many are. Because everything is private, we adjust the pace, skip long stair climbs and pick easier-access sites. Tell us about any needs and we'll plan a comfortable day.
Can you cater to dietary needs?
Yes — vegetarian, vegan, halal, gluten-free and allergies are all easy in Bali. Let your guide know and they'll steer you to the right warungs and restaurants.
